An introductory module for the teachers/educators, focusing on principles, methods, techniques and recommendations that they are encouraged to follow when training adults with low typical skills who haven’t completed the secondary education and/or are attending school at an older age, and especially low-skilled/low-qualified adults in search of a job, who want to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digital media and social networks. In this module, learning characteristics of adults, methods, techniques and approaches to be used in adult education, time, conflict and stress management and mentoring skills are explained.
